The Juicy Trends Diamond Warranty for the eligible products is the most liberal warranty on the internet. We will replace ANY damaged product for any reason (with picture proof of the damage).
Customer pays shipping and handling to send out a new product, we pay for the product, the fabric, the labor, etc.
Warranty Terms
Juicy Trends warranties apply only to Juicy Trends products and are subject to the following terms: all Juicy Trends warranties are non-transferable and are only available to the original end-user consumer. To request a replacement product under a warranty policy, you must provide proof of purchase and request the replacement. You will also be required to provide a valid credit card number. Warranties do not apply to products purchased from online vendors unauthorized to sell Juicy Trends products including eBay.
If you purchased items outside of Juicy Trends shop, you must register your product here on our website by emailing customerservice@juicytrends.co with proof before it is warranted. All Juicy Trends warranties are non-transferrable and are only available to the original end-user of the product.
By purchasing this warranty, you agree that you will receive a digital version of this warranty and that a physical warranty card will not be sent.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
With this purchase, JuicyTrends warrants up to 3 (Three) Products against wear and damage during the lifetime of the device for which it was purchased. Products must be purchased in the same transaction as this Warranty or within a 12-hour window if purchased in a separate order. You must return the damaged product to Juicy Trends. Juicy Trends, at its option, will either (1) replace the product, or (2) exchange the product with a product that is of equal value. You will be required to provide a valid credit card number and be required to pay a $5.99 shipping and handling charge for the replacement product. Failure to return the original Juicy Trends product within sixty (60) days will result in your credit card being charged the full retail price of the replacement product.
The purchaser of this warranty must demonstrate proof that they still have the item in their possession in order to be eligible.
This Warranty is only valid to products purchase for personal use, and not for retailers, wholesalers, or distributors. It applies ONLY to items that it is purchased along with AND orders purchased on the same day as this warranty.
This Warranty is NON REFUNDABLE.
